Mould Laboratory Analysis
of Your Mould Samples
Mold Inspector Laboratory’s
Associate Mold Laboratory in Florida [U.S.A.] provides the following types
of mould sample analysis services, for only $49.00 per mould sample
analyzed. After your mould analysis payment [please
read payment options at the bottom of this page] has
been received by Mold Inspector Laboratory, you will receive an emailed
laboratory receipt, which you will then mail [regular mail or any express
service of your choice] along with your mould samples and completed
chain of custody to the laboratory address printed on your receipt.
Culturable Fungi (MOULD
TEST KITS or Impactor Petri plate Samples)
Our associate mould laboratory is able to
identify and enumerate fungi and yeast collected on
MOULD TEST KITS [of
the type sold by Mould Inspector Laboratory and
Mould Mart],
Andersen plates (or equivalent), as well as SAS, Microbios, or Biotest
Strips. Results will be provided to the genus level along with speciation
of Penicillium, Aspergillus, Cladosporium, and
Stachybotrys. Standard turnaround
time is 5 days.
Culturable Fungi (Swab, Dust, or Bulk)
Our associate mould laboratory is able to
identify and enumerate fungi and yeast collected on swab, dust or bulk
samples. Results will be provided to the genus level along with speciation
of Penicillium, Aspergillus, Cladosporium, and
Stachybotrys. The samples need to be
plated out, therefore the standard turnaround time is 7 days.
Direct Examination (Tape Lift,
Bio-Tape, Bulk, or Swab)
Our associate mould laboratory offers the
identification and semi-quantitative analysis of fungal spores on tape
lifts, Bio-tape, bulk materials, or swab samples. We include information
on the presence of hyphae and fruiting structures to aid you in
interpretating the degree of contamination. Results will be provided to
the genus level. Standard turnaround time is 48 Hrs.
Spore Traps (Total Fungal Spore Count,
Pollen, Skin, Insect Fragments and Background Density)
Our
associate mould laboratory has the capability of analyzing any spore trap
on the market including, Air-O-Cell, Micro-5, Burkard, Allergenco, Cyclex,
Cyclex-D, and Laro-100. Our reports not only include the identification
and enumeration of the fungal spores trapped on the sample but other
important IAQ debris (pollen, insect fragments, fibrous particulate
matter, skin and overall background density). This gives you more
information in helping you determine the quality of indoor air. Results
will be provided to the genus level. Standard turnaround time is 48 Hrs.
